Mid-level Managers

These fit well with a larger group of senior and mid-level managers. It is important for this level to have an ability to be compelling in their stories and pitches and develop their communication and persuasion skills. In these group workshops, the delegates will have an opportunity to prepare and practice their pitches as well as the longer term skills to develop their confidence. Should delegates need an additional series of one-to-one coaching, this can be provided – typically this supports the workshops aimed at preparing for an imminent pitch where some individuals may need extra coaching to really ‘perform’.

Executive Team

The executive team workshops are designed for senior leaders where we can really focus on building connections with others at that level. Building trust across a leadership team and with the board is critical for business success. In these workshops, we delve into how creativity can build connections and improve communication across senior teams.
