Make the beating heart of your message beat in the heart of your audience

Your job as a communicator is to make your audience feel

Why? Because much as we might like to think that we are governed exclusively by hard facts, in reality, humans take decisions almost entirely according to the emotions evoked in them. Any communication, of course, needs to be based on fact, but for the audience to be moved to action, you need to be the facts’ spokesperson. It’s your responsibility to show what the facts mean

As a communications coach this is what I do, I help leaders get to the heart their message and how it could matter to the audience.

Some of the questions my clients ask me:

  • How can I make my presentation impactful and memorable?
  • How can I create a compelling narrative that my colleagues as well as my customers can buy into?
  • How can I focus my talk on what’s really important?
  • How can I structure my content to engage my audience?
  • How can I keep my communications on-point?
  • How can I cope with the nerves I’m feeling?
  • How can I design my communications to further my career goals?

He is a genius and I would always turn to Robin for any keynote speech.
